Denver Justice, age 73 of Huntington, WV, formerly of Feds Creek, KY passed away Friday, April 23, 2010 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Denver was born September 8, 1936 in Morgan's Creek, KY to the late Dock W. Justice and Maggie Ella Justice.
He was retired from Kraft Foods.
Denver was preceded in death by one son, Daniel Allen Justice, four brothers, Joe, Charles, Mark and Billy, and four sisters, Sarah, June, Lola and Pie.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Justice of Huntington, WV, one daughter, Kimberly (Richard) Adkins of Jeffrey, WV, three sons, Denver D. Justice II of Charleston WV, Timothy (Isaree) Justice of Midland, MI, and Christopher (Tracy) Justice of Grapevine, TX. He also leaves behind two sisters, Martha Ruth Justice of Phelps, KY and Mary Slone of Prestonsburg, KY along with five grandchildren, Joshua, Cody, Kasey, Zane, and Zackary and a host of loving family and friends.
Visitation will be at the Lucas and Son Funeral Home from 6:00- 9:00 P.M. on Monday April 26th. Funeral services will be on Tuesday April 27th at 2:00 P.M. with Morgan Chapman officiating. Burial will follow at Annie E. Young Cemetery.
