Daniel Vanover (Cornelius 5-l) was born 1799, in North Carolina. By 1830, Daniel Vanover and his family had migrated to Pike County, Kentucky. He married Nancy Collins. She was born 1797, in North Carolina. Both died after 1870 and apparently before the 1880 census was taken ( their names appear in the 1870 census but not in the 1880 census) . He was a farmer. According to their descendants, Daniel and Nancy (Collins) Vanover are buried in the #3 Cemetery, Jenkins, Letcher County, Kentucky.
